Our Robin Hood team is committed to solving societal issues that affect real positive change. We're specifically tackling the problem of then early R90 billion owed to 4.5 million South Africans — that if paid, could make a life-changing impact to people who need it most.  

Take Thandeka's story, for example. This 26-year old daughter of a mineworker, struggled for five years to access her father's pension. Finally, with the right help, she was able to improve her family's living conditions and invest her benefits in the prospect of a better future.

However, success stories like Thandeka's should be more common. It should also not take years before funds are accessed. The current process is still far too slow and bureaucratic.
